Looking for a family home in great neighbourhood?

Family has grown up and we are moving to the countryside. This house has been renovated throughout our 20+year ownership and is ready for the next family or couple who want to live in this neighbourhood as it has so much to offer. Both of us have successfully managed to work from home since the beginning of the pandemic without getting on each others toes while managing kids heading off to university and their occasional return visits. The patio area has been known to be an outside office occasionally, especially when reading is involved but is a lovely place to hang out with friends. The street is a friendly, helpful street and we have great neighbours. Very happy to have pets in the house as we have, we just ask that your pets get also provide references from places you have rented, as it's only fair to our neighbours. We have had a cleaner for nearly 15 years who would be willing to continue working as she loves our home. That would be a separate conversation. We ask for open and honest communication. Since the photographs were taken the backyard fencing has had a fresh coat of paint and the deck has been cleaned. Also tenants to be aware that the front of the house will be repainted, weather depending, in 2024. We have missed opportunities due to so much rain in 2023.
