We love this home and this neighborhood! Our goal is to make it easy for academics to live near Duke or UNC. This 4BR, 2.5BA house is move-in ready and situated on a cul-de-sac with delightful neighbors (many work for nearby hospitals and schools). The best part of the house is the secluded and wooded backyard, perfect for hosting fireside chats. Downstairs includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, piano room, and half-bathroom. The living room extends to a secluded deck which is shaded during the hot summer months. Two decks in the backyard is perfect for entertaining or sitting fireside. The fenced backyard is where we spent a great deal of time with friends. We outfitted the house with two kids bedrooms. Additionally includes a guest bedroom with a bathroom located near the guest bedroom. There is a large bonus room upstairs, which we converted to an office. We are a two-physician, young family now living in Nashville and are more than happy to work with prospective tenants to make this a good stay.
