The kitchen includes everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathroom has a shower separated from the bathtub. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and the building has an elevator and laundry. The apartment is located in a vibrant and friendly neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, public libraries, etc. Several groceries and organic markets are one or two blocks away. It is three blocks from the historical Prospect Park and closer to the Parade Ground, where you can find a playground, soccer field, tennis court, basketball court, and baseball area. Since it is a few steps from Flatbush Avenue, it is also an amazing place to shop for all sorts of things. If you like the beach as we do, Brighton Beach and Coney Island are only 15 min away by subway. The apartment is five minutes from Church and Beverley Station, where you can easily get the B and Q trains, both express in Manhattan. You can get downtown in about 20 minutes. NOTE: Baby objects such as high chairs are not included anymore, and some furniture, such as the Bistrot table, office chairs, and books, will not be here because we need them in our next place. Most of the furniture in the pictures is included, and everything is in the kitchen.
