Peaceful musician's hideaway in heart of Los Angeles

I'm a film composer and music producer, originally from London, and now living in Los Angeles. I'm a careful, clean and organised person, keen to take care of whoever's place I stay in. And I hope for the same care with my home :) My home is a standalone private unit hidden at the back of a three unit lot. So no shared walls! It's a quiet and private retreat from the city, while you're just a short walk to some great restaurants in West Adams. Park in the private spot underneath my apartment and walk up the stairs to this elevated 1st floor sanctuary. You'll get great daylight, especially in the bedroom, but all around. I have a desk on one side of the living area which you're welcome to make your own as a workspace, or just relax and enjoy the sound system, with the TV or just for music. The kitchen is tucked away and has nice modern appliances if you enjoy cooking. This is a perfect sized space for a couple or lone adventurer looking to make a temporary base in LA. It would be particularly ideal for a musician, composer, or music producer - as I have some acoustic treatment, synthesizers, and a beautiful new Yamaha U3 piano in the living room. I'm looking for a spacious and tasteful home in Berlin - ideally around Kreuzberg or nearby, to spend a couple of months there this summer. I can't wait to spend time there again, where I will be exploring the music world and visiting my best friend.
