Downtown Apartment with Rooftop Views

My family and I will be out of the country for six months on a research trip and are looking for someone to stay in our downtown condo. The space is a beautiful, light-filled apartment, one block from main street, a seven-minute walk to the commuter rail, and fifteen-minute walk to the beach. Downtown Beverly is full of restaurants, independent shops, breweries, and entertainment venues. There are several local universities within driving distance and trains run to and from North Station in Boston every half-hour. The condo has two bedrooms which we could arrange to meet your needs. Currently, the second bedroom is set up as a baby room, but we can swap the baby furniture for a full bed. We can also move a desk in there to turn it into a home office. There is a backyard we share with the first and second-floor units, but the unit has a private back deck and patio furniture. Please note, the condo is up two flights of stairs.
