The house provides near instant access to Mills College, Merritt College, Farmer Joe's, Redwood Heights Shopping Center, and is minutes away from the Montclair and Grand Lake areas. The house is two stories. The entrance is on the top floor, which includes three bedrooms, two full baths, the full kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, and living room. One of the bedrooms serves an an office, with a desk, fold out couch, and crafting table. The downstairs has a private entrance and contains a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette. The home hosts a large back deck and back yard to enjoy the beautiful Oakland weather. Personal possessions shown in photos will be removed.
