The perfect place to think, write, create. Quiet, safe neighborhood. There is driveway parking and a small outdoor deck screened by trees. The price is $1500 per month. First and last month rent, plus $1500 security deposit (refundable minus $250 cleaning fee). Includes heat, electric, internet, and trash removal. Pets are welcome.?Same price for two people. Tenants interested in sharing the downstairs studio space are welcome.
