I'm a retired teacher looking for reliable renters who would enjoy living in a completely furnished three bedroom two bath family home in a centrally located, quiet and safe neighborhood on Point Loma. You can enjoy refreshments on our balcony patio with views of Shelter Island, San Diego harbor and downtown day or night which can also be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen and back bedroom. You will find cable tv in the living room and wireless internet access throughout the house. Within the last few years, new flooring was installed as well as new energy efficient all electric appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stovetop) powered by an array of 14 solar panels installed on the roof last year. We just completed the installation of beautiful new tile flooring in the two retro style bathrooms matching the original vintage sink and shower tiling. When the house was built in 1958, it was described as an "All American Electric House." We are glad to continue that tradition at Valemont Vista but with updated appliances and replacing the original inefficient electric ceiling heat with individual wall heaters with thermostats in each room. We hope you enjoy the charm of our home we call "Valemont Vista" with its mixture of the old and new here as much as our family often does. If you happen to prefer only new, however, this may not be the rental for you.
