Centrally located: 3 minutes walk to two of the most useful bus lines in SF, 10 minutes walk to the Panhandle of Golden Gate Park, 12 minutes drive to virtually anywhere in SF. Plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Hardwood floors, vintage bathtub (plus shower), rooftop solar, cozy feel, new range, washer and dryer, dishwasher (all electric). Gorgeous looking and sounding piano in music room/office.
