We are retired educators who love to travel and therefore, are sometimes away for prolonged periods. The Waterloo home we are renting is our own personal home and as such, has been well looked after. It is well-equipped with high-standard furnishings/household items. Our well-established neighbourhood has mature trees and there is a park a stone's throw from our front door. A large shopping mall is within walking distance as are some independent specialty shops and restaurants. Our neighbours are kind and friendly but they also respect the privacy of others. Ours is a safe and quiet community. We have a property manager and neighbour who looks after all exterior property maintenace/landscaping and who can assist tenants if unforeseen issues such as who to contact for repairs arise as well as for general information about the community/region. We are looking for a professional couple who may have a child or two and who are either a) based here in the region awaiting the completion of construction of their own home or b) on a temporary assignment at one of the academic institutions in the region or at one of the tech companies.

Comments: There are numerous children of all ages in our neighbourhood. Students take a school bus. Our backyard is not entirely fenced in on all sides. Our home is suited to a couple or a family of one or two children.
