Description
I'm a professor at USF going on sabbatical with my family to Mexico. We looooveee our house and we are looking for a family to take good care of the property and enjoy the beautiful setting. Our house is located on the Hillsborough River Reservoir, across the water from a protected natural area. The house is located in a quiet street in North Tampa, 1.5 km from Bush Gardens and 4.5km from the University of South Florida. Since we moved to the house in 2017, the kitchen and two bathrooms were completely renovated. We also built a screen room where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the reservoir. All 4 bedrooms (and all house, for that matter), are fully furnished. Two of the bedrooms have convertible beds (futon and Murphy's bed) and we use them as office on regular base.

Comments: Our house is very energy efficient, and we have solar panels that cover all the electricity needs during the hot months (there's always a basic electric bill of about $40 monthly). Water and trash pick-up are also inexpensive.

Comments: We have three bicycles for tenants' use. We also have two kayaks, a canoe, and a paddle board. We have all the furniture a family would need, but we're also keen to store items that might not be needed.
