The fully equipped kitchen has everything a guest family needs and the washer/dryer is inside. Family area with sofa, flat screen TV and dinette off the kitchen. A large living room with sofa and a dining space is unfurnished (can be set up as den or office as needed for guests). There's a large patio, fenced yard and garage and driveway are available for parking.
