Beautiful, Light-Filled, Spacious Sabbatical Home in Cambridge

Looking for one person or a couple to take over my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo while I am away for sabbatical. The place is very spacious and modern (rare for Cambridge/Boston); it has a dishwasher and an in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC/heating. It is fully furnished, and comes with a super comfortable Casper mattress in the master bedroom. The bedroom is connected to a lovely balcony patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. The kitchen is also fully stocked. The apartment has everything you need for a sabbatical semester or year in Cambridge. The location is excellent -- short (15-20 minute) walks to both Harvard and MIT, 10 minute walk to the Central T station and Central Square, 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's, and 3 minute walk to Whole Foods and Walgreens. I've lived here for 4 years and could not imagine living anywhere else. I would be in New York City but would like to maintain the smaller bedroom to visit 1-2 nights per semester for a talk or doctor's visits (but there is a good chance I do not come at all). The price reflects this and is therefore lower than what I will be paying. The listed price is less than most furnished one bedrooms/one bathrooms in the area.
