An impressive quarter-acre property, that's walking distance to a train station that will take you straight to Melbourne's CBD in 40 minutes. This permaculture property has 20+ established fruit tress and a mandella garden, in addition to an expansive flower collection, and a patio framed by grape vines. The additional gazebo means a generous amount of outdoor space on this 1100-square metre property. The 70s house has been fully electrified, with a new 6-burner induction oven, Smeg Fridge, Anko dishwasher and washing and drying machines. Feel great running them on a huge solar system that will take care of your electricity needs on sunny days. Option to use our electric car as well. The Master Bedroom features an on-suite, and television in the room. One children's room has bunkbeds, and the other bedroom a queen size bed. The garage has been converted into a studio that can be used as a study or artroom, or for some a man-cave with its large television and beer brewing set-up. The colourful house is comfortable and not too precious, but cheerful to be in. A great retreat. We are going to Europe for two months on our long-service leave and looking for anyone who wants to live with a huge backyard, it really is impressive.
