Steps away from great shops, restaurants, and the F/G Carroll Street station. I will need a credit check, reference, and proof of employment (long story). Comments: Spotless fairly new building that is cleaned twice a week. Great neighbors. Location, location, location, Town of shops, restaurants , and farmers market on weekends 2 blocks away.
