This convenient, well equipped, quiet garden suite apartment has an excellent location, a short distance from the University of BC in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. The suite is a 15 minute walk to Jericho beach, is very close to the vast Pacific Spirit Park and several other parks. Close to Broadway and neighborhood restaurants and shopping. Excellent public transit to UBC, downtown and other attractions. Community swimming pools and gyms. This is the good life for visitors in Vancouver. The space Our garden level has its own separate entrance near the street front. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, one bedroom with double bed and closet, bathroom with tub and shower, hallway and a service area with washer and dryer in the apartment. Wifi is provided. You are welcome to share the front garden with sitting area and ping pong table. Guest access The suite is in the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs with our two cats. You will sometimes hear our muffled voices and footsteps, and we will hear yours. Our main living areas are elsewhere in our house, not directly above the suite. It is generally quiet. Other things to note This suite is best suited for one person, and that is our preferred reservation . We would consider two people under the right circumstances. Because you will be in our house, we would want to know a bit about you and your reasons for visiting Vancouver before acceptance. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We expect you to leave the suite in the same condition of cleaning as when you arrived.
