This is the upper level of a duplex with an interior staircase. —The house is on a quiet, quintessential Montreal tree-lined street in the heart of the Plateau, 2 minute walk from bustling Mont Royal, 2 minute walk to Laurier station. Laurier Park and Parc Lafontaine in easy walking distance. —Family friendly. This is ideal for travellers, people getting their bearings in Montreal, small family, etc. —No smoking. Pets negotiable. Utilities and internet are included. The appliances are not new but the place is clean, beautiful, minimalist and creative.
