Outstanding neighborhood, with easy access to I-43, downtown Milwaukee, and all nearby colleges/universities. Possibility for one small-to-medium dog, or one indoor-only cat, on case-by-case basis, with additional monthly pet fee and refundable pet damage deposit. First month + last month + refundable security deposit (not including pet deposit). Credit and reference check.
