Description
We are American expats living in New Zealand for the past 20 years. We are flying to the USA 1 September until 6th January 2025 to visit friends and family. Our home is a relaxed beachfront property with expansive views across the sea to beautiful Waiheke Island. There are also 2 other units on the property that we rent as Airbnb units. These can be rented as well for less money should one not want the main house. Please enquire for further details.There are walking paths along the sea across the road that lead to another beach and park reserve. There is a bus stop across the road that goes locally and one can transfer to Auckland city. The best way to get to the city though is to take the ferry from nearby Pine Harbour, 4 km away from our house. It is a direct trip taking a scenic 35 minutes. The Auckland international airport is roughly 40 minutes drive. Maraetai is truly a very special "bubble" within the Auckland city suburbs. Friendly neighbours, nearby cafes and a local grocer up the road.

Comments: Fully furnished house with large deck overlooking a garden and over to the beach.There is a furnished studio with kitchenette and bathroom underneath the house with separate entrance. Behind the house is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment.
