We are living on the west coast for a year, and would like to find a family to look after our own home while we are away. The house itself is over 100 years old, quirky and delightful! It has 3 bedrooms and laundry on the 2nd floor, ensuite to the primary bedroom with walk-through closet (we used it as a small office). Attic is mostly used as an office, attic stairs are original to the house (ie, steep). Basement is finished in the front half, with a TV room, full bathroom and bedroom. Ground floor features a large kitchen-dining room with adjoining family room. Walk out the back door to a large deck into the fenced backyard with parking; the front porch has a beautiful view over the ravine.
