Description
I'll spend my research semester in Canada and would be happy to rent out my apartment in the heart of Mannheim. It is located right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc. You can walk to Mannheim University in 5 minutes and to the central railway station in 15 minutes (or take a tram, of course). The neighbourhood is lively and vibrant but the apartment is quiet. There is a bedroom, a large living room, and a study, as well as a large and a small bathrooms, a kitchen, and a loggia/patio in the back. The rental period cannot be extended since I'll be returning to Mannheim at the end of August.
