It is at the intersection of Lawrence and Midland street and is directly across grocery stores (Freshco, Chinese grocery), Shoppers drug store, Tom Hortons, Dollar Store and restaurants. It is well connected via public transportation, several buses right below the building and close to Kennedy subway station. All utilities are included (water, electricity, internet). Extra $50 cleaning fee. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 2 bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. The Kitchen is also well equipped with all appliances. The living room has a nice reading nook at the sunroom and a large TV. 4th floor overlooking a green space. Public Transit is outside the building: 1) Many frequent and direct buses (939, 903, 985, 129, 131, 133, 138, 57) to Kennedy Subway Station from right below the apartment (10 minutes). 2) Many buses to Scarborough Town Center
