Downstairs you will find a secondary living room, bright windows, office space, a wood stove, laundry room, second bathroom, and play area for kids, if they will be joining you. The outside deck overlooks the water and the large fenced yard. Private stairs lead down to the beach where you can walk, swim, kayak, or just enjoy the view. Our home is a five minute drive or 30 minute walk from Mayne Island's amenities which include grocery stores, restaurants, a brewery, a community centre and lots of trails.
