Bright Renewed Studio Flat with Golden Horn view- at Galata / Sishane Metro

Hello, i'm a designer and a part-time instructor at universities, from Istanbul. I’m going away for 1 semester with Erasmus, and I would like to rent my flat 3-12 months, preferably 9-12 months. (Please contact me if you need other options.) The flat is located in the Galata (Tunel/Pera/Sishane) area which is quite unique, historical and lately has become one of the most desirable areas; it’s by the Sishane Metro Station, very close to famous Istiklal Street and Galata Tower (3min walk). It’s on a peaceful pedestrian street, in one of the old buildings, built in the beginning of the 1900, special with its architecture and it's renovated. It's on the 2nd floor, there is also an elevator. The flat has high ceilings of 3.70m, wood floors, and old brick walls and ceiling, with the Çini floor tiles that are special to the area. The flat is fully furnished and is like an open space, there is 1 bedroom (that may be seperated by the sliding windows and shades) an open kitchen, living room, bathroom and a working area. The flat is bright, with the view of the Golden Horn from all three big windows. You can also discover the old streets of the area where you can find lots of nice cafes, restaurants, design shops and boutiques. More notes & details: - It has hot water 24 hours - Washing machine with dryer (I use it only when I need it for emergency, it’s not the advanced capacity), and iron + table - Wi-Fi - Working area, a long narrow table with 3 drawers - Dishwasher - Equipped kitchen with pots, bowls, dishes and glasses, cutlery sets and french press - Microwave, oven, stove and cooker hood, big fridge, toaster & grill, Turkish Coffee machine , Turkish Tea machine (which is also a kettle), a hand blender - TV (with Tivibu- pay TV), DVD player and some DVDs, small speakers (which for me are enough for good sound) - Air Conditioner - Heating radiators - Bathroom towels & 1 set of sheets - A double bed 190 x 140 cm (quite comfortable) - The couch opens as a double bed (however the flat is for 2 people), there are also extra pillows and blanket for that - There is a table for 4, and also a high table with 4 bar stools (open kitchen) - There is a storage room where the combi boiler and washing machine are, you can hang your washed clothes in there, there is also cleaning equipment. There is iron and ironing table - There are two multi-story car parks very nearby if you’d need (you’d need to pay them) - The cupboard for your clothes is behind the mirror in the corridor. The fee includes expenses up to 3000TL. (total of: electricity, natural gas, internet, Tivibu, tap water, condo fee) For me it’s important to have a someone that respect the flat & the equipment, the neighbors and who is careful with general building rules (noise etc.) The flat is right by the Sishane Metro station, 1 minute walk & the funicular(tunel) and the nostalgic tram 3min walk away. You can either walk or use 'Sishane' metro towards the Taksim Square. Around the Istiklal street there are lots of shops, bars and cafes, it’s the most vivid area, one of the most touristic streets, with a nostalgic tram passing in the middle. Salt Beyoglu Gallery, Casa Botter, Borusan Art Gallery, Pera Museum, IKSV Salon are within a walk distance, plus Istanbul Modern Museum and Galata Port are within 20 min walk. If you walk about 10 min towards Karakoy, you find the Galata Bridge, the trams which would take you to the Historical Peninsula where you would see Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, The Grand Bazaar and also the ferries that go to the Asian side. Note: You can see more in the photos, but there are some changes, so please refer to the list of the facilities. (different from the photos: the plants, i don't have the carpet, pillows on the couch, printer, fruit juice maker, but there is Turkish tea and coffee machines etc.) (the deposit is also for all the items at home)
