The dead end street is quiet and friendly, but close to restaurants, boutique delis, Asian and organic markets, health food stores, donut and bagel shops, bars, shopping malls. Short drive to U of Puget Sound and all Tacoma hospitals, beaches, the amazing old growth forest in Point Defiance, ferries to Vashon/other islands, and bridges to Gig Harbor, etc. 40 minutes to Seattle in the off hours.
