Please read before sending an email.This is a basic but comfortable studio apartment, I'm a teacher which means I have 2 months vacation over the summer, that's why Im subleasing my studio apartment for this specific period. Please be realistic of your expectations. This is the best you can get for the price in this DC area. There is not parking available, but the public transportation is excellent. I don't own a car and get around easily in the city. You might be able to find street parking in the surroundings, but street parking for more more than 2 hours per day is only available for DC residents. If you are bringing a car this might not be the apartment for you. The bulding has security, a swiming pool, a gym and a washer and dryers. I can only sublease it from June 17- August 18. Im subleasing the apartment for a 1 month minimum. I required 300 deposit and 1 month in advance.
