Description
This is an older post-war home with charm and furnished with lots of love. It sits above the street with hill views from the living room, dining room, and 2nd bedroom and easy backyard access from the laundry room. The front and back yards have been slowly restored with native plants. This is quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. Restaurants, bars, and other retail are within walking distance. Blocks from trans Bay bus service to San Francisco, and bus lines to major transit (BART, Amtrak). Bike trails take you to the Bay Trail, San Francisco ferry service, Berkeley, and Oakland. I've been offered a travel sabbatical during July 2024 - June 2025. We prefer that our home be rented for nearly most of the time, though we plan to return in summer 2025. Please inquire with questions about specific dates since there may be room for flexibility.

Comments: Richmond Annex is centrally located and has easy access to many areas via car, bus, bike, rail, and ferry. Museums, wineries, Bay views, parks, restaurants, and bars are plentiful. There's also peace and quiet if that's what you prefer.
