Description
You will enjoy this little nest on top of a 19th century typical Berlin building (well kept but only stairs). My "nest" has lots of daylight, you can enjoy a nice sunset with coffee on the balcony. You can bike from here in 10 min to TU, 15 min to HU along the river and hop on various public transports to reach all other Universities in town. If that speaks to you, reach out. I'd suggest, we meet before online, and I give you an impression of the place. If your arrival allows, i will give you a personal introduction to the flat. When returning the flat, please give it a thorough cleaning, so we can both enjoy this exchange. I am a creative and mindful person and welcome anyone open, flexible and mindful.

Comments: If you need to come 1 or 2 days earlier/ longer, reach out :) . I will give preference to 2 weeks stay, I prefer you to stay for 2 weeks, i charge an extra 50 EUR.
