The vege gardens will be bursting with tomatoes and lettuce throughout the summer and fall, while being watered by an automated irrigation system. Fully renovated in 2014, and re-decorated after a recent Mexico trip, you’ll feel like you’re in the Mexican riviera. Looking out the living room window, you’ll enjoy seeing only the forest in front of you as you watch the sun rise over the trees. Looking out the kitchen window onto the back patio, you’ll wonder which fruits and vegetables you’ll pick today as you sip your morning coffee from the auto-grind espresso machine (I have a list of the best coffee beans in town). High-end kitchen appliances and a gas range will compliment your culinary endeavours. A wood burning fireplace completes the living room, and there’s lots of chopped firewood in the back. Upstairs you’ll find 3 bedrooms with nicely sized closets, and the Ikea furniture will keep your belongings organized. The main bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd largest bedroom has a bunk-bed (which can be dismantled and replaced with a double bed we have downstairs if you like), and the 3rd has a single. Upstairs is completed with a 4-piece bathroom and linen closet. Downstairs is a large rec-room with TV, electric FP, and surround sound system. A laundry room Is located off the rec-room and fitted with high-end commercial washer/dryer, two freezers, and lots of food storage. On the other end of the rec-room is the 3-piece bathroom and 99.9% efficient forced-air natural gas furnace. The rec-room is large enough to section off and area for your WFH office. Downtown Victoria and the inner harbour, Imax Theatre and Museum, Thetis Lake, Mayfair Mall and Uptown shopping centres are only a few kilometres bike ride away via the E&N Railway Trail and/or Galloping Goose trails. The Esquimalt Rec Center is a 3-minute walk away which has one of the best pools in the region. Town Hall, the brand-new library and market square, and Memorial Park are even closer than the Rec Centre. Country Grocer and the local ice/curling rink are adjacent to the Rec Centre, and there are numerous Breweries and Coffee Shops within walking/biking distance too. If you’d like a city/ocean view, the top of High Rock Park is a 10 minute hike away. Esquimalt’s elementary, middle, and high schools are also within walking distance, as is the French immersion school too. You can lock your bikes in the garage too, or we have 4 bikes you can use. Comments: A quaint central location in greater Victoria, with direct access to everything the south island has to offer. Amazing parks, great schools, a wonderful rec centre and pool, town square, and lots of ocean access.

Comments: We have a reliable Honda CRV with all-season tires for use if required.
We'll likely be away for the 6 months, and mail will be collected by our neighbour.
We have a number of house plants that could use watering. There should be some vegetables growing in the garden which may need some water too.
Comments: Vehicle use requires payment of insurance, gas, and $0.20 per kilometre. $1,000.00 damage and use deposit required. Rent can be reduced if you'd like to mow the lawns.

Comments: 1/4ac property with gardens, flowers, parking, and wonderful views of the treed neighbourhood, plus a little ocean peek-a-boo view. New windows just installed to keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
