Description
A well-kept older (ca. 1900) two-story building in The Castro neighborhood. Appliances are modern, there's central heat, full-size W/D, and high-speed internet. But it does have some quirks of an old building. Sound isolation between the two residences has been upgraded, but there is some sound transfer. So, we expect tenants to be respectful of the neighbors. The Castro is central to SF and near many bus and train lines. It's a lively neighborhood, but our home is about a block from the activity, so it's convenient, but calm.
