Comments: Beautiful and very clean split-level home in Rio Del Mar neighborhood. Sit on the front deck with your morning coffee. Fenced yard + well decorated + no pets have been in the home. Recent duct cleaning and new exterior paint in Feb. 2024. Relaxing!

Comments: My husband is an author and enjoys surroundings while writing. I love the smell of the air and it's a lovely area to walk. Beach is a few minutes by car or 15 mins by bike. AT&T wifi works well.
