Cliff House is a hidden gem nestled on the edge of Berry Mountain offering breathtaking panoramic views that capture the essence of the Shoalhaven region’s natural splendour. It accommodates up to 8 adult guests (with an additional bunk bed for two children). The home is set up for work, with multiple workstations, including an adjustable standing desk and has reliable Starlink internet service included. It is 40min from Wollongong University, but would suit someone eager to withdraw, work and write. The vast panorama encompasses the meandering Shoalhaven River, the majestic Coolangatta Mountain, the undulating farmlands that embrace the town of Berry, and even stretches as far south as the stunning Jervis Bay. In the colder months, the inviting fireplace transforms the space into a cozy retreat. In summer there is use of a swimming pool, which is more for cooling off (rather than laps). There is a larger swimming complex nearby in Bomaderry. Cliff House is a single storey home with saltwater pool and 1.5 acres of grounds. There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is located privately in one wing of the home and the other three bedrooms are in a separate wing. This means the house can be divided, in case someone needs a quiet and dedicated space for working. A 10-minute scenic drive from the property will take you to the charming town of Berry, known for its boutique shops, artisanal cafes, and vibrant community atmosphere. Kangaroo Valley is 15min away.
