Guests have access to the house, the deck, the garden, and the covered carport. Downstairs the spacious living room opens to the patio and level garden area through sliding glass doors. A wood-burning fireplace will warm you up while you enjoy the view. Seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Upstairs: watch sailboats on the bay from bed through floor-to-ceiling windows in the 350 sq foot master bedroom; the master bedroom opens to the rooftop deck, so you'll go to sleep and wake up looking at the sea. The master bathroom has two sinks and a shower. The large library and TV room doubles as a private office to work. We have a very trusted housekeeper who will come twice a week to clean the house (including changing linens) and take care of the garden.
