One bedroom in a home a short drive to Washington DC. Nearby to George Mason, Georgetown, and American University. Dedicated bathroom, laundry available. All utilities are included in the rent. There is plenty of on-street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and backs up to a lovely wooded area with walking trails. Shared living room with 60-inch TV, kitchen with modern appliances, and friendly housemates. Housemates: one amiable cat and one professional astrophysicist who works from home 2 days a week.
