Description
I will be away from May 2024 to July 2025 on sabbatical in Colorado. Looking for a quiet, mature, clean, responsible, non-smoker (no vaping either) tenant. House is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath on a secluded large private lot that backs onto a wooded area. 3rd bedroom is used for laundry and storage so there would be no other renters. Walking distance to hiking trails and a lake. Walking distance to a nice, higher end restaurant on a lake. Can cycling and walk on low-traffic roads from house.
