My sunny 2-bedroom home is located literally a 1/2 block from USF and a 10-minute bus ride to UCSF. It is conveniently located to shopping (Trader Joe's, Lucky AND Target), 3 blocks from the Panhandle and 5 blocks from Golden Gate Park. Five different bus options can take you anywhere in the City. My home is classically but comfortably furnished. The dining room can seat up to 8. The deck, with dining and an outdoor barbeque, is a lovely summer feature, great for entertaining. I am looking for a responsible visiting scholar, medical resident, or student who needs a home conveniently located to USF or UCSF. I'm a lawyer, heading to Cairo, Egypt for 6 months, to work in refugee services. This second-story flat is ideal for two people or a couple with one child. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay in San Francisco. The flat will be available as of March 30, 2024, but if you can't move in until later, and the space is still available, I'll be happy to accommodate your schedule. Any special requirements?
