Quiet Luxury Apartment in South Harlem/Morningside

Hello! We spend most of the summer months out of the city and so are looking to rent our apartment for the two months we are away. The apartment is on the 8th floor of a building with a doorman and gym. You can't beat the location: the B/C subway stops are just two blocks away (the 2 and 3 lines are 4 blocks away), making it easy to get just about anywhere in the city - 20 minutes to midtown and Chelsea. We are on 'restaurant row' and are also close to multiple grocery, liquor, hardware, etc. stores. The Columbia campus is a 10-min walk just across Morningside Park and Mt. Sinai on the east side is about a 30-min walk or a very pleasant 20-minute bus ride away. Best of all, we are a 5-minute walk to Central Park! Our apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is large and sun-drenched with a double-sink vanity and a jetted tub and shower. The second bedroom is smaller and we use it as a study and tv room. We have a washer/dryer in the unit and a private balcony off the living/dining room. There is a shared rooftop. The apartment is east-facing so gets gorgeous morning light but stays cool in the afternoons. Also, the apartment is on the back of the building so is very quiet for a NYC apartment!
