Starting in September/October, a two-bedroom (2-bathroom) apartment with 1960s-inspired furniture is available for long-term rent (min. 11 months). Situated in a tranquil, tree-lined residential street in Islington, this remarkable contemporary apartment offers abundant natural light and spacious living spaces. Encompassing 950 sq. ft., the residence features an en suite double bedroom, a spacious single bedroom (that can be converted into a double), a bathroom with a tub and shower, two balconies, and an open-plan kitchen with a living room. Large double-glazed windows enhance the bright atmosphere, while modern amenities such as a dishwasher, water filter, air filter and washing machine add convenience. Our mid-century-styled apartment is located in Zone 2, just a stone's throw away from the city centre. This stylish and comfortable space is perfect for a couple or small family looking for a convenient and cosy home. It's just a 10-12-minute walk from Holloway Road tube station, providing easy access to the Piccadilly Line for a swift journey to central London, including two stops to King's Cross and five stops to Covent Garden. The Piccadilly Line also offers a direct route to and from Heathrow Airport. In addition, easy access to Archway Northern Line is also available (a 15-minute walk or a few stops by bus). The apartment is ideally situated for students attending UCL, LSE, SOAS, Birkbeck, University of the Arts, Metropolitan University and those who need easy and quick access to the British Library. Additionally, well-connected transportation options, such as nearby bus stops and the Caledonian Road tube station, make exploring London's cultural landmarks like the British Museum, Covent Garden, the West End, Soho, Leicester Square, South Kensington, and more easily accessible.
