Description
We are renting our well taken care of mid-century modern home in the Summit Park neighborhood from the end of June 2024 through the end of July 2025. The 2300 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a very large office, a large dinning/family room, and a kitchen with a table for 4. Some rooms have partial views of the Sandia Mountains. The house has 2400 watts of solar panels which generate about 90% of the power for the year (depending on how much the AC is used in the summer). The house can come partially furnished (this is flexible). The house is just over a mile from UNM and the UNM hospital, near the new Whole Foods, and near several city parks. The neighborhood is quiet and very bikable.
