Beautiful house near Pamplona

Description

Our house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. It has two floors, a small garden, a garage and a terrace. Each floor is about 80 m2. The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a large living room with a huge window that overlooks the garden. This floor includes the garage, where we have incorporated a space for the pantry and washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, an office, two bathrooms and the terrace, which is accessed from the main room. It is a very bright terrace, on the south façade of the house, very pleasant to sit and relax once the winter is over and which we can also be used to hung the washed clothes. The house is located in Sarriguren, a town located 4 km away from Pamplona, which has about 15,000 inhabitants. Pamplona can be reached by car in 10 minutes, by public transportation in 15 minutes (the bus arrives approximately every 10 minutes) or by bicycle in 20 minutes (bike-lanes can be followed). The neighborhood is peaceful and full of services, including small shops, larger food establishments and also a large supermarket. There are bars, cafeterias, restaurants, banks, car and bicycle workshops and it has easy access to the roads and highways out of Pamplona. It is a young neighborhood and many children and teenagers live here. It has several public and religious schools (these have an agreement with Navarra’s Government so that they keep very low cost), a health center, a municipal sports center with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, children's recreational areas, an open sports space for children and young people, with indoor soccer and basketball courts, a pond (the “lake”) and many open landscaped spaces. It is a very pleasant environment, surrounded by small hills, bordered by two small streams and cereal fields. It is located at the beginning of the Aranguren Valley, which can be explored on foot or by bicycle along the numerous paths that cross it. Woods and mountains are within ½ or 1 hour car driving distance and beautiful San Sebastián and other locations of the Cantabric coast are within 1 hour car driving distance. In short, Sarriguren is an ideal environment for a comfortable, quiet and healthy life.
