Comfortable family home in great location

We are musicians and linguists offering our home while we are away in Europe. It’s a family home, fully equipped with everything you need for an easy, comfortable stay. We have a large dedicated music room, with a very nice 1930s Blüthner boudoir grand piano. Because of our location, we can play and sing happily from 7 in the morning until 10 at night without disturbing any of our neighbours. The house is probably not ideal for babies and very young children, but fine for teenagers and older. We have a pleasant enclosed garden with an undercover outdoor dining area. Please ask if you would like to use our bikes and/or cars during your stay. There are local buses, but the bus stops are each about 15 minutes walk away, and it’s generally easier to explore Perth by car. We have 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and 1 bedroom with a single bed, but we could put a double bed in that room if that works better. There is plenty of bed linen, bath towels etc. Our home office is on one side of the living/dining area, but it can be closed off with the folding wooden doors if more privacy is needed.
