APARTMENTS FOR SUBLET FOR 1 YEAR STARTING APRIL 1ST (POSSIBLY LONGER) We are subletting our FULLY FURNISHED ground-floor loft 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in the heart of BedStuy/Crown Heights - all basic utilities covered by rent. Though fully furnished, we have cleared away all of our personal items for you to make the space your own for the duration of your stay (some photos still show clothings on shelf - they will all be put away). We purchased new pillows and bed lines for you to use. We would love to have people who appreciate greenery, are community-oriented (we have Slack channel with our neighbors), and like to keep their living environment clean. The duration of rental is for an entire year, with a possibility to extension. We have always used environmentally safe products in our home, so this would be a perfect space for someone with sensitivity to harsh chemicals. We have a dog and cat (who will be away from the house during this period)), so someone with severe allergy to the animals may have reactions in the beginning. The unit has tall ceiling with a skyllight, wooden floor, in-wall Gas Heater, In window AC , WIFI, a W/D in unit, and plenty of closet space both upstairs and downstairs. We have plenty of plants, and this apartment has direct access to our 1/3 acre communal yard with gazebo and gardening plots where you can invite friends for summer time BBQ and casual get togethers. Downstairs offers a living & dining/kitchen/bathroom and a bedroom with a bunkbed (Full & Twin beds). Upstairs offers a Master Bedroom (King bed) with a small office area. Our fully stocked kitchen has Japanese chef's knives, food processor, Vitamix blender, immersion blender, breadmaker and slow cooker, along with cast iron and stainless steel cookwares. (Location) We are centrally located at the boarder of Bed Stuy and Crown Heights, and just up the block from the A/C trains as well as the LIRR, and B44 bus. Our location also is very close to JFK (20 mins by car, 45min by public transportation). Is is a few steps away from the historic Restoration Plaza, and close to a large grocery store, several banks (Chase, Citi, Carver, Amalgamated, TD, Santander, Ridgewood), and many stores, cafes and restaurants. ABOUT THIS LISTER We are a family of 4 who as been calling this place home for more than 20 years. My husband is a general contractor and artists who has put a lot into this place to make it the beautiful apartment we have today. I am a healing artist who worked to maintain the energy in the space. We are going away for a year and would like to sublet the apartment.
