We are looking to rent our townhouse in the desirable Spruce Hill neighborhood of West Philly this summer (2024). It has a walk score of 94 ("Walker's Paradise"), Transit score of 84 (Excellent Transit), and a bike score of 98 ("Biker's Paradise"). It's located near Knockbox Cafe and Don Barriga restaurant – 1 minute from the 42 bus stop and 5 minutes from the 34 trolley, with many other restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Amenities include central air, washer and dryer, gas stove, dishwasher, backyard. Rent is $3200/month - this includes utilities and high-speed internet. We can also provide the use of our car, with convenient off-street parking. Available mid-June through mid-August, with some flexibility in start and end dates. Comments: Beautiful architecture in this mid-century townhouse. Lots of natural light and smart design (e.g. open staircase to let light flow through house). Stationary bike available for use. Roku TV can be installed in any room you prefer.
