Our studio apartment has an open concept with separate areas for the kitchen, living room and bedroom. The bathroom has a small dressing area with a sink that is separate from the toilet and shower. There is also a large walk-in closet. The apartment is a daylight basement with a separate entrance from the main house. There are two windows in the living area, one window in the closet and one in the bathroom which bring in quite a bit of natural light to the apartment. There is an outdoor sitting area for the tenant's use which is great for birdwatching. We are located within walking distance of many restaurants and pubs and a couple of grocery stores. Also, conveniently located near the Vancouver waterfront on the Columbia River and several parks. There are also several walking trails nearby and lots of biking options. We could offer a space for bike storage if needed.
