Description
Looking for a responsible & tidy individual or couple (perhaps there's room enough for a small child, definitely so for a single parent) to take over my lease from mid-May to mid-August, 2024 for a 1-BR/1-Bath apt with a walk-in closet and a spacious kitchen & nice island. All kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer are Samsung and the most modern and high-quality I saw of the many apt complexes I visited in the Houston area. A very new, clean, quiet apt complex and units in lovely Katy, TX next to lots of commerce in modern, trendy Asian Town. Very close access to highways and main roads. Can commute to all the Houston area universities and to Texas A&M!

Comments: This is a quiet lovely apartment complex with very new construction, great AC and heat, and the most modern appliances I'd seen of all the apt complexes I visited in Houston, all Samsung, all very high quality!

I am looking for help while I am away
I would like help with mail and deliveries
Despite asking for USPS forwarding, sometimes important mail for me will still go to the apt, so I just ask the tenant to let me know if anything important seems to arrive!
