We are offering a discount to responsible tenants in exchange for taking care of our friendly cat, and for light housesitting tasks. The house has a large, eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room/dining room, a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed, two home offices, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub and shower). There is a large back yard with a hammock, table with umbrella and chairs, and a grill. The house is filled with light. Each bedroom has an AC window unit. Incredible location in East Arlington—a mix of country and town living. Spy Pond, a park, and bike path are steps from the house (we even have kayaks you can use). Whole Foods, restaurants, cafes, a movie theater, and a playground are all within walking distance. 20 minutes to Harvard by bus or bike; 20 minutes walk to the Alewife Station on the Red Line; 45 minutes to downtown Boston
