Walk to the green line (only a couple of stops away from Tufts!), walk or bus to the orange line, or bus to the red line. Plus very close to the community path and easy driving access to 93, approximately 15 minutes drive from Logan Airport (BOS). Access to an electric cargo bike is included and the neighborhood is very bike friendly. In addition to Tufts, the apartment is convenient to MIT and Harvard, particularly on bike. The apartment is a lovely, bright space on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a two-family, and at 1500 sq feet it is larger than most comparable apartments in Somerville. It incluldes access to a private backyard and patio and may have some use of a shared driveway. On the main floor, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors, high ceilings, and a large partially open living and dining room. The floor also features a bedroom with a built-in queen murphy bed (currently being used as a second office/guest room), an office or small nursery, and large eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances, a pantry, and in-unit laundry. The bathroom is off the kitchen and includes a large soaker tub. The third floor contains two spacious bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One bedroom is currently set up for kids with two twin beds. The apartment is being rented partially furnished, and will include all the basics. Utilities are included, including blazingly fast internet and A/C. Small dogs are permitted with an additional deposit. Start and end dates are somewhat flexible.
