We are looking for someone to make our home theirs while in Dunedin. Our sunny 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is situated in a quiet cul de sac with views of the hills and golf course. The main bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom are on the entry level. On the lower level are the second bathroom 3 bedrooms, 2 with single beds and the other with a desk and book shelf that could easily be a kids game room, guest room, study or music room. Up 4 steps from the entry level is the living space with a large airy living room and dinning and living space off a large kitchen. Glassed in conservatories are connected to both living spaces. There is gas heater and heat pump in the living space as well as extra ceiling heat and fan in the main living room. The full kitchen comprises of gas cook top and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator along . There is a large chest freezer and second small refrigerator in the laundry room along with the washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a small flat private grass area and a sunny deck. Off street parking and a covered carport area are up a private driveway. Situated in the suburb of Maori Hill walking distance (5-20 min walk) to a number of excellent schools and local cafes a medical centre and hair dressers. Just minutes to walking tracks in the Ross Creek reserve, the Redwoods mountain bike trail, the cities green belt the the Moana Swimming pool and gym complex. The closest supermarket is in Roslyn Village (20 min walk, 5 minutes by car) along with a pharmacy, pilates studio, dentist, cafes, beauty therapist just to name a few. A regular bus service runs from Maori Hill past the university , the city centre and the hospital or you can drive ( 5min), walk (20-25 min) or bike there. Dunedin is an easy place to live and you can get anywhere in the city by car in 20 minutes. We have rented our home previously to people visiting Dunedin to work at the University, a family with 2 children that attended the local primary school and a couple in their 40s. Both groups enjoyed living in our home and being in Maori Hill. Our family home is fully furnished, comfortable and lived in, well cared for and suitable for a couple or small family looking for somewhere to make home while in Dunedin.
