3 Bedroom Appartment with gardens in Montreuil

Description

Montreuil is a safe and lively city next to Paris, offering a relaxed alternative to the hectic pace of the City. You will find a dynamic Art cinema, a nationally recognized theater, many restaurants and shops, as well as a wide range of activities for children and teenagers (parks, great library...). You can reach the very center of Paris in 35 minutes. Our appartment is 6 min away from the Mairie de Montreuil Metro Station. It stands at the ground floor, but each room opens onto at least one of the gardens, making it bright and airy. There is a large living room with an open kitchen, a double-bed bedroom with a quiet place to work, a room dedicated to our child, with an extendable single bed, and a last double-bed room where a desk could be added if needed. Our neighboors are very friendly and will be happy to help. They have a view on the gardens but we nevber had any problem : you can enjoy a summer meal in the garden or nap in the hammock !
