Description
Sweet bungalow in Culver City. My home is an intimate, peaceful retreat with two bedrooms (one double, one queen) and two bathrooms (one shower, one shower-tub), an updated galley kitchen with all new appliances, private backyard, and detached garage-studio with w/d. I travel often and am looking for someone responsible to rent my home for short stretches every month throughout the year . Dates can be mutually agreed upon (no availability in May or July). This home is perfect as a creative-research retreat for an individual, couple, or small family, and is located near LA museums, entertainment studios, universities, Apple, Google, HBO, and more. Five miles to the beach, close to LAX, the 405, and the 10. Culver City is a highly walkable and desirable neighborhood. I walk to wonderful coffee shops, a bookstore, the post office, restaurants, the Baldwin Overlook, and grocery stores. I'd be delighted to find a regular guest, and am happy to FaceTime or Zoom to show you more.

A cleaning service can be discussed
Comments: A cleaning service is provided before and after occupancy. For stays of multiple weeks I can arrange a cleaning service. I would prefer to rent to one party for the entire month of July.
Considerations
The home is not suitable for young kids
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed
A car is not available
Comments: Children are welcome, but the home is definitely better suited for ages 10ish and up? The home is not "child-proof."

I would like help with my pet(s)
I have a kittie who would like food and water, poop scooping, and pets and cuddles. Plus a weekly litterbox clean if you'll be staying longer than a week.
I would like help with mail and deliveries
Simply bringing in the mail and leaving it in a dedicated spot for me.
I would like help with plants or garden
Weekly watering of indoor plants; again, for week long stays this would be moot.
Comments: We can negotiate outside help for any house related tasks that may be too burdensome, except of course the daily care of the cat.

Comments: Sweet bungalow with coved ceilings, crown molding, loads of windows and doors to the private backyard garden. Centrally located for access to LA colleges and universities, restaurants, and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable.
